Review Board, open source code review tool

Finally something useful on tools for code review - Review Board.
I haven't actually tried it myself, but looks quite sweet.

A slightly old news but still an interesting read on
US Supreme Court loosening the definition of "obviousness" to closely match what's really obvious :)
